Solvent-free powder coatings for efficient industrial applications

INFRALIT powder coatings are formulated without solvents, helping to minimise VOC emissions during application. Depending on the coating and application equipment, overspray can be recovered and reused, reducing material waste and improving material efficiency.

Our powder coating tinting system offers a wide range of colours to meet different application and design requirements. With our production facilities and technical expertise, we work closely with customers to find the right coating solution for their needs.

Our powder coating factory in Rajamäki, Finland, combines automated production with decades of experience in powder coating technology.

DIRECTIVE 2015/863/EC (RoHS)

Teknos’ INFRALIT powder coatings are formulated in accordance with the Directive 2015/863/EC (RoHS) in respect of the content restrictions on lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybromated biphenyls (PBB), polybromated diphenylethers (PBDE), bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) in products for electrical and electronical industry.

The only exceptions are zinc-rich powder coatings (INFRALIT EP 8026-05, INFRALIT EP/PE 8086-05, INFRALIT PE 8316-05 and INFRALIT SI 8009-05), which may contain zinc impurities of more than 0.01% by weight of cadmium.
