We develop innovative products that are longer-lasting and consequently reduce the need for early repainting. We invest heavily in research and development. Our ambition is to develop coating products with low VOC content and to increase the use of renewable and recycled raw materials.

We assess and monitor our suppliers' sustainability performance using a globally recognized assessment called EcoVadis.

The Code of Conduct acts as a guideline for the expected behavior of our employees, and it serves as a foundation for the way we conduct business, treat our employees and care for the environment and society. You will find our Code of Conduct Policy from the right corner of this page.
We encourage both our employees and stakeholders to raise any concerns. Teknos Whistleblowing channel is an optional channel for both our employees and stakeholders to report any suspected Code of Conduct violation and concerns about actual or suspected misconduct that can affect our company or the wellbeing of people. To ensure anonymity, the technical implementation of the reporting system is carried out on behalf of an external provider independent of Teknos. All reports are strictly confidential, and the reporter has the possibility to submit the report anonymously using the secure inbox.
The reporter receives a receipt in the system after submitted the report. Teknos will handle and respond all the submitted reports within reasonable timeframe, maximum within 3 months. The reporting system may not be used to make false accusations against others, and altogether, deliberately untrue information may not be reported.
