Surface preparation
Fill cavities in the substrate using epoxy putty BOSMAN 1. Wash the surface with water containing OLIVA CLEANER - should be dry, salt-, dust-, oil- and grease-free. At the first layer of lacquer is preferably diluted by adding 20% Thinner 564.
Application
Airless spray, brush. Airless spray parameter - nozzle size: 0,33 - 0,43 mm, nozzle pressure: 10 - 12 MPa.
Application conditions
Minimum surface temperature: +5°C and at least 3°C higher than dew point, relative air humidity below 85%, good ventilation.
