New Managing Director for Teknos SEA and Group Commercial Director of TCG Exterior

It is with great pleasure to announce the appointment of Mr. MAK Tai Ho to the position of Managing Director, who will look after Teknos SEA region and India with effect from 2 May 2023. He will take over the role, replacing Wanda Smith, as she takes on her new role as Teknos Group Commercial Director for the target customer group (TCG) of the exterior, after six years of successfully leading the Malaysian organisation and over 20 years of working for local structures. In her new role, Wanda will lead commercial strategy with a focus on contracts and commercial compliance while further developing and executing the structures and processes within the organisation.

Mak brings over 29 years of commercial experience in the specialty chemicals, coatings, ink adhesives, construction, textile chemical, and latex industries. He holds a Diploma in Commerce (Business Management) from Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) College and is a Graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, ICSA, in the UK.
