Actions taken at Teknos Slovenia as consequence of Coronavirus COVID-19

Dear customers, business associates

The uncertainty around the global spread of Coronavirus COVID-19 continues to increase. We understand this is a difficult situation for everybody. Teknos takes its responsibilities to the wellbeing and welfare of its staff, customers and suppliers extremely seriously. In relation to the current situation in Slovenia (regard to the coronavirus), we have taken preventive action to secure the best possible delivery.

• Teknos Slovenia does not shut down it’s operations, but we take the situation seriously
• We have secured the supply chain so that we can maintain deliveries to our customers
• Our customer service is open as usual by phone and e-mail
• We have taken precautions in our offices, i.e. ensuring our administrative staff to work from home. Within our safety measures is warehouse still operating.
• Our sales and technical consultants are available on the phone and virtually. We highly recommend online meetings.
• All international journeys are cancelled until further notice
• We do not except any guests and suppliers in our site
• We follow the recommendations and instructions of the Slovenian Government.

Teknos Group is monitoring the development of Coronavirus pandemic carefully. At the moment we do not see direct impact on Teknos operations or the raw material supply.

We will keep you informed if the situation changes or if we identify any risk for the disturbance of our deliveries.
