TIMANTTI 7 is the ideal choice for spaces that require extra durability. This high-performance topcoat provides outstanding washability and a refined matt finish, making it perfect for high-traffic areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, staircases, schools, hospitals, food processing facilities and similar spaces.
TIMANTTI 7 contains a mildew-resistant agent that protects the painted surface and makes it suitable for use in humid areas such as bathrooms and changing rooms. Designed to resist moisture, mildew, and chemicals, TIMANTTI 7 is easy to clean - even with disinfectant - helping to maintain a hygienic environment. It can also be tinted with Teknos Interior colours to create the desired atmosphere.

Surface preparation
Clean new surfaces from dust and dirt. Wash previously painted surfaces with RENSA SUPER paint cleaner. Matt down hard or gloss surfaces by sanding and thereafter remove the dust. For smoothing of irregularities in the surface choose a suitable filler from the SILORA series. The dried filler is sanded down and the dust removed.
Application
Stir thoroughly before use.
Application conditions
The surface to be treated must be dry. During the application and drying period the temperature of the ambient air, the surface and the product shall be above +10°C and the relative air humidity below 80%. Drying is faster in low air humidity and/or above +21°C. Application will be easier if air is humidified and/or temperature is lowered in the working space. Ventilation after the painting will quicken the drying.
Maintenance
The final forming of the film takes approx. 4 weeks under normal circumstances and after that the ultimate durability and hardness is reached. Before this the surface must be treated with care.
The surface can be cleaned by wiping with a neutral (pH 6 - 8) detergent. For very dirty surfaces can also alkalescent (pH 8 - 10) detergents be used. Detergent and dirt are removed by wiping and/or rinsing the surface with clean water. Use a cleaning cloth, soft sponge or similar for cleaning. Avoid coarse brushing or heavy abrasion. Follow the dilution and other instructions of the detergent producer when using detergents.
Storage
Must not freeze.
