Wood, PVC, metal – ALPOCRYL EMAILLACK LE 5393 paint is suitable for a variety of substrates. It is used for PVC window profiles, but also in many other applications: an all-rounder with excellent properties and significant advantages for manufacturers.
Alpocryl Emaillack LE 5393 is a particularly fast-drying 2K enamel paint with very good resistance to weather, chemical and mechanical stress. Developed in Switzerland by Teknos Feyco, it is already doing well throughout Europe in numerous applications.
ALPOCRYL enamel paint is extremely versatile, with uses as a high-quality topcoat or base coat for metal, PVC, wood, MDF, chipboard and other substrates. This lends it to many applications including furniture and interior fittings, kitchens, PVC windows, front doors for houses, as well as plastic surfaces of technical equipment.
The paint is available in gloss levels 30 and 40 (product variants LE 5393 and LH 5393) and can be tinted (RAL, NCS-S, etc.).
Excellent properties
Good workability and excellent properties further enhance the versatility of ALPOCRYL EMAILLACK LE 5393. The paint can be sprayed manually with a cup gun and by airless/airmix methods. Pot life after mixing (ratio 10:1) is about eight hours. It dries in just one hour, enabling a fast production process.
ALPOCRYL EMAILLACK LE 5393 has high hiding power and adheres excellently to various substrates such as PVC, wood and even glass. It is absolutely fast to light with high UV resistance, making it suitable for exposed outdoor surfaces.
Special properties meet other important requirements depending on the application: the paint is flame resistant according to DIN EN 13501-1 and chemically resistant according to DIN 68861/1B. Water-stain resistant surfaces are also possible with ALPOCRYL EMAILLACK LE 5393.
Proven in practice
ALPOCRYL EMAILLACK LE 5393 has already proven itself in numerous practical applications. Manufacturers in various European countries use it on PVC windows, facade elements, interior and exterior doors, kitchen surfaces, furniture, interior fittings (yachts included), painted glass elements, even solariums and MRI equipment.
