TEKNODUR 35-900 is a two pack, full gloss ready to use polyurethane top coat. The hardener is an aliphatic isocyanate resin.
TEKNODUR 35-900 is a premium quality, full gloss top coat providing very high UV-resistance with excellent colour and gloss stability. The coating gives a high quality finish with excellent mechanical durability, elasticity and chemical resistance to ensure a long-lasting finish. With its excellent filling properties, high hiding power and easy application, TEKNODUR 35-900 is an optimal solution for surfaces that are subjected to heavy stresses, yet still requires a premium quality appearance in the desired colour. Main field of applications are within commercial and rail vehicle manufacturing as well as any other industry desiring high end full gloss finish. Together with TEKNODUR PRIMER 17, the product offers fast process throughput times made possible by fast primer overcoating pace. For process simplification this system utilizes the same hardener, TEKNODUR HARDENER 0087, for both primer and top coat.

| Safety markings | See safety data sheet. The hardener of the product and the ready mixture contain isocyanates. In poorly ventilated areas and especially when using spray application we recommend the use of a fresh air mask. In short or temporary work, a mask with combined filter A2-P2 can be used. In this case eyes and face are to be protected. The hardener can must be opened with caution, as pressure may develop in the can during storage. |
