Water-borne lacquer
Water-borne lacquer for surface treatment of furniture and other wooden substrates for indoor use.
Quick drying lacquer that provides an excellent wearing resistant surface and good wood wetting. May be used as one-component and as two-component product. FURNITURE TEST - Field of application: Chairs/beds/shelves: Extra high demands Tables: High demands Less exposed surfaces: Extra high demands Meet the demands of category 1, 2, 3, 4, and (5). Surface resistance varies with the wood species. Separate furniture test reports can be requested.

Surface preparation
The surface should be well smoothed to reduce rising of wood fibres. Previously painted surfaces should be properly mat sanded. The wood must be free from wood dust and contamination.
Application
As two-component product:
MIXING OF THE COMPONENTS: Approx. 5% HARDENER 7323-05 is added to the product. Is added during mechanical stirring. After adding HARDENER 7323-05 the product is thinned with approx. 2% water.
Stir thoroughly before use.
Application conditions
Should not be applied or left to dry at temperatures below +18°C.

Wood containing tannin such as oak may result in smoke-tinting.
Before final lacquering we recommend test lacquering and tape test.
Storage
Protected against frost and not above +30°C. The storage stability is shown on the label. Store in a tightly closed container.
