SUPREMO FÜLLGRUND 3910-00 is a fast-drying, solvent-based, 2C primer with excellent filling properties for PUR coatings. The product is suitable for isolating wood that is rich in active substances. Not suitable for application on peroxide-bleached wood. SUPREMO FÜLLGRUND 3910-00 is easy to sand and can be applied in several, rapidly successive layers. The product can also be processed on spraying lines with forced drying.
Surface preparation
Every substrate must be well-cleaned, dry and free from grease and oil. Coating removal: Sand, strip
Application
Stir or shake the product well for several minutes before use, if necessary by machine.
Application conditions
Recommended temperature for surroundings and product: +15°C-25°C. Do not apply below +10°C.
Maintenance
Storage
Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Store in a tightly closed container.
On MDF boards with a density of below 700 kg/m3 the surface must be pre-isolated with ALPOLAN UNIVERSALGRUND 2420-00. Strengthen the edges or milled grooves with ALPOLAN UNIVERSALGRUND 2420-00. Moisture-resistant wood based materials must be used for rooms with a high moisture exposure (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms etc.). This product should not be used on horizontal surfaces in these areas.
