PREMIUM TEAK OIL 6151 is a high-quality, biocide-free preservative wood oil for the care and maintenance of all tropical wood species such as teak, bangkirai, massaranduba, ipé and mahogany. The coating is suitable for terrace decking, planking, tables, chairs, boat decking etc., for exterior applications. PREMIUM TEAK OIL 6151 enhances the intensity of the wood colour and has high penetrating properties
Surface preparation
Every substrate must be well-cleaned, dry and free from grease and oil. Coating removal: Sand
Application
Stir or shake the product well for several minutes before use, if necessary by machine.
Application conditions
Recommended temperature for surroundings and product: +15°C-25°C. Do not apply below +10°C.
Maintenance
Depending on the exposure to the weather, we recommend regular maintenance with PREMIUM TEAK OIL 6151. Apply 1 to 4 times annually.
Clear, non-pigmented products do not have any active UV protection.

Storage
Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Store in a tightly closed container.
Apply generously with a clean cloth 1 to 2 times at a 15 minute interval, leave to soak in and wipe off any excess oil while still wet.
When used on domestic coniferous woods such as fir, spruce or larch, previous application of TEKNOL 6005 to prevent blue staining is necessary or recommended. (For outdoor use only!)
Hazard warning:
Pads and cloths soaked in oil can spontaneously combust under certain conditions and should therefore be kept in a metal bin with a lid until they are disposed of correctly.
Do not permit the product to come into contact with the soil, groundwater, rivers or lakes.
