BASCODUR 3312-95 is a solvent-based 2C high-gloss coating for top-class interiors. The product has a deep-acting effect and is characterised by an appealing surface with a good mechanical strength. The coating is resistant to household chemicals and mechanical stress.

Surface preparation
Every substrate must be well-cleaned, dry and free from grease and oil.
Application
Stir or shake the product well for several minutes before use, if necessary by machine.
Application conditions
Recommended temperature for surroundings and product: +15°C-25°C. Do not apply below +10°C.
Storage
Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Store in a tightly closed container.
The room temperature should be between 18 and 25°C. Ideal relative humidity 50-60%.
Always filter the high-gloss coating through a 50 µm sieve before filling the spray gun.
We recommend using a spray gun with a nozzle size of up to 1.4 mm.
A uniform surface can be achieved by applying in cross layers.
The gloss level of the surface is affected by the techniques used: Layer thickness, spraying technique and drying conditions.
We recommend carrying out a spray test with the product before starting work.
Important information:
The recommendations in the data sheets "7 days – 7 steps" (VTM 4275) and "10 tips for high-gloss coating" (VTM 4120) must always be observed.
Important: OWEDUR 5037-99 is sensitive to humidity. Close the container immediately after use.
