UV-curing, solvent-free top coat for interior use
ALPOCRYL UV DECKÖL 8335-10 is a UV-curing, solvent-free and formaldehyde-free oil top coat for roller application in industrial parquet floor coating processes.
The oil impregnates the wood, protecting it against dirt and other environmental influences and enhances its natural character. This product is specially coordinated with UVILUX SEALER 661-165 or UVILUX PRIMER 621-166. This system is a suitable "natural" protection of the substrate.
Surface preparation
Every substrate must be well-cleaned, dry and free from grease and oil.
Application
Stir or shake the product well for several minutes before use, if necessary by machine.
Application conditions
Recommended temperature for surroundings and product: +15°C-25°C. Do not apply below +10°C.
Storage
Storage stability is 6 months in unopened package. Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Protect from heat and freeze!
The ALPOCRYL UV DECKÖL 8335-10 only hardens in UV light. Curing or hardening is carried out with conventional UV lamps (halogen lamps). If one 80 W lamp is installed, belt speeds of up to 9 m/min are possible.
