On May 12, 2026 we have published our non-financial (NFI) report for 2025. By publishing non-financial information, we strive to provide transparency into the progress of our sustainability efforts and the impact we create.

Our non-financial report provides an opportunity for our entire organisation to come together and share our progress and the commitments we have made and where we still need to improve. The report describes our progress in the areas of being responsible as defined by our strategy.

We are driven by our purpose – We make the world last longer – and understand it's impacts in everything we do”, says Paula Salastie, CEO.

Concrete actions to build a sustainable company

Throughout 2025, we continued investing in sustainability initiatives. In Vamdrup, we replaced gas heating with district heating powered by 98.1% non-fossil fuels, reducing our CO2 footprint. Teknos Lichtenstein installed solar panels that generated 159,348 kWh of green electricity. We also reduced total Scope 1+2 CO2 emissions by more than 41% compared to the previous year, mainly through the purchase of green electricity certificates.

People at the core

We reduced our Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) to 4.99 — over 40% lower than the previous year and the lowest level recorded. The annual Employee Engagement Survey (EES) achieved a 71% response rate and showed gradual improvement from the 2024 baseline, supporting our ongoing efforts to strengthen engagement and culture across Teknos.

Looking to the future

In 2026, Teknos will advance its efforts to support the Paris Agreement and implement our new sustainability framework to better align with external regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

At Teknos we know that only by working together will we make the world last longer.
