Sameli Hakola is appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer

Today, December 1, 2022, Teknos announces the creation of a new function - Teknos Supply Chain, formed through the integration of the Group Operations and Group Procurement functions.

Sameli Hakola will lead the new function and is appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer. He will continue reporting to Paula Salastie, Chief Executive Officer, and remains a member of the Teknos Management Team (TMT).

Fredrik Calenius will continue to lead Procurement for Teknos and is appointed Group Procurement Director. Fredrik will report to Sameli Hakola and, as a result, will not continue as a member of the TMT.

The Teknos Supply Chain function will enable end-to-end leadership of the whole supply chain, further enhancing decision-making, time to execution, end-to-end process optimisation and cost efficiency.

This change will help us fulfil our vision to be a sustainable coating solutions provider close to customers and further develop our customer-centric Supply Chain operating model.
