Juha Mört (M.Sc. in process engineering), 47, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Teknos Group as of 28 March 2019. The previous Chairman, during years 2017-2019, Tomi Merenheimo continues as Member of the Board of Directors.
Currently Juha is the CEO of Innohome Oy. Juha is a senior executive with extensive track record in Wireless Infrastructure Industry. Between 1998 and 2009 he had various positions within Powerwave Technologies Inc. ending as Managing Director EMEA region. Juha has also held senior executive positions with Elektrobit Group Inc and Filtronic PLC. Juha has been a Member of Teknos Group Board since November 2017.
Tomi Merenheimo, Attorney-at-Law and the Managing Partner at Magnusson Helsinki, Manu Skyttä, Vice President, New Business Areas, Millog Oy, Petri Kiikka, the founder and the Chairman of the Board of Sontek Group and Paula Salastie, the CEO and the main owner of Teknos Group will continue as members of the Board. Jaana Komulainen, the owner of AtWork and the Member of Teknos Group Board of Directors since 2016, leaves Teknos Board.
