This product is recommend for the industrial lacquering of wood-based substrates. Waterborne pigmented primer to be applied in roller machines. This product improves the bond between the board and the following direct printed PDL- build up. The product is especially designed as a primer for production lines with line speed > 40m/min.

Surface preparation
This product was especially developed for the direct printing and lacquering process of wood-based substrates. Please consult our technical staff prior to other application.
Application
Stir thoroughly before use.
Apply by roller coater, with a shore hardness of preferably 40 - 50 shore (Isobutylen/Isopren-Copolymer or EPDM-Prepolymer).
Intermediate drying after each layer is recommended.
Application conditions
The recommended application temperature is +20 – +35°C.
Storage
Storage and transportation temperature is +25 ± 5°C. Storage stability is 1 year in unopened package. Protect from heat and freeze!
Jet dryer i.e. IR-dryer.
Adjustment of drying parameters according to film weight and line speed is necessary. A preliminary test of the complete build-up is recommended.
