SUPREMO STRUKTURLACK 3907 / 3908 is a solvent-based, textured 2C top coat with excellent adhesion. The product is suitable as a top coat for clear or pigmented surfaces to create a high quality textured surface. Texture types: 3907 coarse structure 3908 fine structure
Surface preparation
Every substrate must be well-cleaned, dry and free from grease and oil. Coating removal: Sand, strip
Application
Stir or shake the product well for several minutes before use, if necessary by machine.
Application conditions
Recommended temperature for surroundings and product: +15°C-25°C. Do not apply below +10°C.
Storage
Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Store in a tightly closed container.
On MDF boards with a density of below 700 kg/m³ the surface must be pre-isolated with ALPOLAN UNIVERSALGRUND 2420-00. Strengthen the edges or milled grooves with ALPOLAN UNIVERSALGRUND 2420-00. Moisture-resistant wood based materials must be used for rooms with a high moisture exposure (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms etc.). This product should not be used on horizontal surfaces in these areas.
CAUTION: On dark surfaces (e.g. black MDF) clouding may occur depending on the applied quantity and application method.
Effect coatings should only be applied by air atomisation, e.g. with a gravity feed gun or a low-pressure double diaphragm pump.
