Exceptional Service

Linjateräs’s operational approach is significantly different from traditional powder coating companies. The company serves its customers in three shifts, guaranteeing the delivery of finished products within three working days. The 200-metre-long automatic painting line can coat up to 6000 square metres of finished surface per day. Products are packaged and post-processed according to customer preferences, and additional services such as thread opening and assembly can be provided. A spacious buffer warehouse ensures quick and smooth logistics for incoming and outgoing products in warm indoor conditions.

Linjateräs is also the only powder coating company in Finland to offer laboratory services capable of performing all measurements required by the GSB standard. The laboratory testing simulates the stress that the powder-coated surface will endure in its final application. “This allows us to provide a standard-compliant surface treatment certificate, giving customers assurance that the products are coated with quality and will certainly withstand the warranty period they provide for their products,” Ari Kesti explains.

Linjateräs uses virtually all Teknos powder coating products in its painting line. All shades of the polyester powder coating colour chart are available in stock in semi-gloss, with about half of the shades also available in matt. In addition to more conventional polyester powders, epoxy powders and other special products are also available. “Less common powders ordered on request are received weekly, so the overall service is really comprehensive,” says Ari Kesti.
