What's in it for you?

Our review is a thorough evaluation of your coating process, equipment, and practices involved in a painting line. Our aim is to ensure that your coating process is cost-efficient, consistent and meets the quality and environmental standards. The ultimate goal is to explore ways to lower your total production costs and reduce your VOC emissions.

We will help you:

• Spot inefficiencies in your current painting line process, such as application methods, equipment performance, preparation procedures etc.
• Find opportunities to reduce costs, for example by looking into paint usage.
• Improve quality with tailored advice to fix issues like adhesion or uneven finishes.
• Find ways to reduce your VOC emissions and make sure that you are compliant with regulations.

When you book your painting line review, we will assign a Technical Expert to you, depending on where you are located. This will take a couple of days. The Technical Expert will then contact you and you will agree on a suitable date.

How the review works?

1.  INITIAL DISCUSSION

We begin by discussing your specific needs and challenges. We'll work together to understand your goals and what you want to achieve from the review.

2.  ON-SITE INSPECTION

The Technical Expert will observe your painting line in action. Our review does not require stopping your production.  

During the inspection, we will take a look at:

• Documentation: Standard Operation Procedures, quality logs, safety data.
• Processes: Pre-treatment, coating application, curing and cooling.
• Equipment: Cleanliness, proper maintenance, accurate settings.
• Quality: Thickness measurements, adhesion, visual inspections.
• Safety and compliance: Proper ventilation, emergency procedures, waste management.

These are just a few examples of the areas we will cover. We will take a much deeper look into all aspects of your painting line.

3.  GATHERING DATA

During the meeting, we will gather data on your current process and log it in our review report, so we can analyse it thoroughly.

4.  SOLUTION PROPOSAL

After the meeting, we’ll need a couple of days to finalize the report with our recommendations. We’ll then arrange a follow-up meeting to go through the results and discuss our suggested improvements in detail.
