Sameli Hakola promoted to a permanent COO role

Sameli Hakola, Chief Operating Officer (COO) ad interim has been appointed the permanent COO role as of 1 October 2020 and will continue leading Teknos global operations and his responsibilities as Member of the Teknos Management Team.

Sameli joined the company in 2016 and has been quickly promoted to Group Commercial team where he was supporting global strategic growth objectives. Since 2019, as a Corporate Development Manager, he took the responsibility for Teknos global acquisitions and developing new markets, reporting directly to Paula Salastie, CEO and owner of the company.

“I am happy to continue with Sameli as we have multiple projects ongoing. Roadmap for strategy execution now needs to be completed with his team”, Paula Salastie says.
