Bring Brazil in to your home

With the Rio Olympics just around the corner, bring some of Brazil's vibrancy into your home to liven up any room.

Colour clash

From the Favelas of Rio to to the colours of the Carnival, clashing colours are everywhere in Brazil. Sometimes it's good to mix colours that intentionally clash to inject some liveliness on to any room. Colours such as PJ9288 and PJ9314 are great for bold feature walls when teamed with bright clashing soft furnishings. 

Choose white plus a bright

If you're not feeling brave enough to embrace multi colour then opt for one bright colour and pair this with white. Turquoises such as PJ8582, PJ9122 and PJ8482 are great to replicate the vibrant colours of the sea against the white sands of the Copacabanna Beach.  

Paraty palette

Sitting just south of Rio is the quaint town of Paraty with its cobblestone roads, white wash houses and brightly coloured windows and doors. Rainforest inspirations

If you prefer the more natural look in your home then take your inspiration from Brazil's rainforests. Maximise exposed wood with white walls and panoramic windows to bring the outdoors in, and finish off with some tropical indoor plants.
