Some autumn colours from Japan - seasonal interiors inspiration for your home

We’re taking some colour inspiration this season from Japan. With Autumn being the perfect time of year to explore the natural beauty that Japan has to offer, we’re looking at the colours within this wonderful country and how we can use them in our homes.

With the heat and humidity of the summer subsiding, October brings more pleasant conditions. The changing colours of the leaves begin in the north and the changing scenery is called ‘kouyou’. As you can see from the photography below, the colours are striking, rich red, gold and yellows. Check out robertharding’s picture library section on Japan for plenty more photography on this destination: http://ow.ly/SSEJK

So if these colours are inspiring you to update any of your home interiors, Teknos Home have an extensive range of golds and berry colours to choose from. PJ9453 and PJ9538 have caught our eye and either would make for a strong feature wall.
