AQUAFILLER 1190-00 is a water-borne primer based on acrylic.
Use: Wooden laths and doors as well as MDF and fibre board indoors. Before using the product, the manufacturer should be contacted to check the suitability of the product for the object in question. AQUAFILLER 1190 dries quickly and it is easy to sand. AQUAFILLER 1190 levels out well and gives a surface that can be top coated with water-borne paints.
Surface preparation
The surface must be clean and dry.
The moisture content of the wood is to be below 20%.
Application
Stir thoroughly before use.
Application with undiluted product is recommended, but the product can be diluted with water, if required.
Application conditions
During the application and drying period the temperature of the ambient air, the surface and the product shall be above +15°C and the relative air humidity below 80%.
The best result is achieved when the temperature of the air is +23°C - +38°C, the relative humidity of the air 50 - 70% and the ventilation is good.
Storage
The storage stability is shown on the label. Store in a tightly closed container. The best storage temperature is +10°C - +25°C.
Must not freeze.
