ACRYL PU SPRITZLACK 2165-15 is a non-blocking 1C spray lacquer with excellent filling properties as an intermediate and top coat. The product is characterised by its excellent levelling and fast drying properties.
Before use, the manufacturer or technical service department should be consulted to confirm the product’s suitability for the specific substrate, coating system, and exposure conditions.
Surface preparation
The wood must be free from wood dust and contamination. The moisture content of the wood should be approx. 13% and should not exceed 15%. Pretreatment is required for wood substrates not meeting Durability Class 3, EN 350:2016. Application conditions
Stir thoroughly before use.
Apply at temperatures between 15°C and 40°C, and humidity levels below 80% RH.
Wet film range: 2 x 200 g/m² or 1x 400 g/m².
Storage
The product must be stored at temperatures +5°C - +30°C. Shelf life in unopened containers: See “Best before date” on the label. Keep containers tightly closed after use.
