Teknos acquires industrial coatings business from Feidal Coatings

We are delighted to announce our latest acquisition which includes Feidal GmbH & Co. KG in Brüggen, Germany and the industrial business of Feidal Polska SP.z.o.o. in Poland.

The Teknos Group has agreed to buy Feidal Coatings' industrial coatings business. The contract was signed on 11 May, 2016, and the transaction is expected to be closed by the middle of June.

Feidal Coatings is a private company that produces paints and coatings for industrial and architecural use. The industrial business puts up net sales of EUR 18 million and employs 80 people. The acquisition includes Feidal GmbH & Co. KG in Brüggen, Germany and the industrial business of Feidal Polska SP.z.o.o. in Poland. At the site in Brüggen, the company will continue producing industrial coatings for metal. Teknos already operates a site in Germany in Fulda.
