Water-borne ready to use putty for parquet floors and woodworking applications
TEKNOFLOOR GAP 1435-00 is a water-borne, ready to use putty for filling gaps in parquet and wooden floors as well as other woodworking applications before sanding and applying water-borne primer or topcoat. The product is characterised by its fast-drying properties and good sandability.

Surface preparation
Every substrate must be well-cleaned, dry and free from grease and oil.
Coating removal: Sand
Application conditions
Recommended temperature for surroundings and product: +15°C-25°C. Do not apply below +10°C. Ideal surface and object temperature for application: +18°C-22°C. Avoid application in direct sunlight. Underfloor heating systems must be adjusted well in advance.
Storage
Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Store in a tightly closed container.
Filling knife/steel trowel:
Mix the putty in the container with a drill paddle and pour the required amount of putty on the floor. Thin with a primer lacquer, if too thick. If too thin, add some sanding dust. Spread the putty with a steel trowel using crosswise strokes. Repeat if needed.
Trowel-fill, sand:
Can subsequently be reworked with all parquet floor primers and/or all water-borne parquet coating systems.
Does not cause discolouration on the wood.
