An air-drying, waterborne intermediate filler designed for spray application. Ideal for priming impregnated and pre-primed softwoods such as pine and spruce, as well as primed hardwoods.
AQUAFILLER 5000-00 provides excellent substrate wetting and strong filling performance, especially on open-pored wood species. It dries quickly, sands easily and has a good water vapour permeability.

Surface preparation
The wood must be free from wood dust and contamination. The moisture content of the wood should be approx. 13% and should not exceed 15%. Pretreatment is required for wood substrates not meeting Durability Class 3, EN 350:2016.

Priming:
Pine/spruce: AQUAPRIMER 2900, AQUA PRIMER 3130 or AQUA PRIMER 2907
Hardwood: ANTISTAIN AQUA 2901
Application
Stir thoroughly before use.
Can be applied in wet film thickness up to 200 μm.
Application conditions
During application and drying the relative air humidity should be 40 – 60 %.
Temperature: 15 – 25 °C.
Storage
Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Shelf life in unopened containers: See “Best before date” on the label. Keep containers tightly closed after use. Must not freeze.
