Blue stain primer for spray application
AQUAPRIMER 2907-63 is an aqueous opaque wood preservative designed for superficial application in an industrial setting. The product protects the wood surface and the treated area against wood discolouring fungi (EN 152) and performs to EN 599-1 requirements for blue stain and for Use Class 2 and 3.1 when applied on wood that is minimum “moderately to slightly durable to fungi” according to EN 350:2016: Durability Class DC3-4.
AQUAPRIMER 2907-63 minimizes yellowing at knots / heartwood. Please see "Additional information" for approved countries and national registration numbers.
Surface preparation
The wood must be free from wood dust and contamination.
The moisture content of the wood should be approx. 13% and should not exceed 15%.
Application conditions
Stir thoroughly before use.
Optimum temperature for products and surroundings: +15°C - +30°C. Humidity levels below 80% RH.
Maintenance
The surface treatment must be maintained regularly.
Storage
The product must be stored at temperatures +5°C - +25°C.
Shelf life in unopened containers: See “Best before date” on the label.
Keep containers tightly closed after use.
Store away from foodstuffs.
Should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
