Opportunities for young people

At Teknos we want to offer young people in the beginning of their career as well as recent graduates or students opportunities to kick start their careers and learn what it is to work in a global company.

Yearly, we employ hundreds of summer workers and many trainees, apprentices and thesis workers. We offer both a global Trainee Program at Teknos headquarters in Helsinki and local apprentice and trainee opportunities in many Teknos countries. Open positions will be announced on our page for open jobs.

Global Trainee Program

Teknos Global Trainee Program is targeted for fresh graduates and university students who are working on their Master's studies. The Trainee Program gives a good general understanding of our global business and provides an opportunity to work on real business projects, usually in Group functions. The traineeship is a great opportunity to kick start your career and put your study knowledge into practice.
