Location: Helsinki, Finland

This position is to support Teknos Group’s HR activities to contribute towards Teknos’ strategy of fast and profitable growth. In this position, you will be a member of the HR Team on group level and you will report to the CHRO directly and to the Finnish HR Manager in matrix. The preferred location for this position is in Helsinki, Finland.

A Group HR Coordinator performs operative and worldwide tasks for the HR information system, takes care of HR admin responsibilities for Group Oy and collaborates closely with the HR Team of the Finnish local organization Teknos Oy whilst ensuring alignment in policies between the two legal entities.


The most important daily tasks and responsibilities:
In this central position, you will take care of a variety of tasks related to the worldwide organization, the legal entity Teknos Group Oy (headquarter) and ensure close collaboration with Teknos Oy (local organization).

Tasks with global impact include:

  • Responsibilities in relation to our HR information system, such as trainings, manuals and documentation, continuous improvement and interface to the provider
  • Taking care of bi-annual employee opinion survey, including discussions about action plans, follow-ups and communication
  • Participation in and contribution towards Group-wide HR projects

Tasks for Group Oy (headquarters) include:

  • On- and offboarding of people in Finland and support of our employees in questions of legal and collective agreement topics, adjustments to systems, training and communication in these matters
  • Good communication flow in the topics you are responsible for and, ensuring that non-Finnish speaking employees and line managers participate in all processes

Tasks and responsibilities in close collaboration with both legal entities:

  • Close collaboration with the health service provider, implementation of guidelines and instructions, participation in wellbeing related projects
  • Ensure guidelines, policies and instructions are aligned
  • Preparation work for equality plan, training plan, annual salary review and support of CEO/MD in collaborative negotiations
  • Prepare decision making and coordinate benefits for both Oy and Group Oy
  • Participate in different forums, e.g. QEHS, work safety forums, HR Council, Finnish HR meeting


Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Experience from an HR generalist position of more than 5 years
  • Proficiency in legal and health related subjects within the Finnish legal environment
  • University or university of applied sciences degree in HR
  • Finnish on a native level and are also professional in English
  • High emotional intelligence, a natural way of collaborating with employees on different levels and high standards towards yourself.
  • Close to IT topics and tools and able to teach our employees in how to use them; MS Office skills are up to date
