Location: Drammen, Norway
This position is to support Teknos Norway’s Finance and HR activities to contribute towards Teknos’ strategy of fast and profitable growth. In this position, you will be a member of the Norwegian Management team. In matrix, you will report to the CFO and to the CHRO of the Group organization. The preferred location for this position is in the greater area of Drammen, Norway.

The Finance and HR Manager in Norway performs a variety of tasks including reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. The successful Finance and HR Manager combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. HR responsibilities include local operative HR duties such as the salary process, employment contracts, on/offboardings, and the compliance with Norwegian labor law. This position also implements global processes, is key user of the HR system locally and co-operates with Group HR in various projects to represent Norway.
