Head of Customer Service Department (B2B)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main goals of the job

We handle technically advanced products for demanding industrial customers where logistics issues go hand in hand with customer service.

  • ​We are seeking candidates who would even increase our focus on maintaining customer-oriented culture in order to achieve our strategic target: Customer Experience excellence.
  • Taking the above under consideration – we are looking for candidates with preferred experience in today's customer experience standards and tools as well as with back office sales support. Knowledge in ERP, CRM, logistics and transport solutions is a must.

Daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Providing top quality customer service for external and internal customers
  • Solving problems connected with logistics
  • Coordinating work of the department. Providing guidance and support to team members in the performance of their duties
  • In cooperation with Sales - maintaining inventory levels ensuring availability and optimal rotation
  • Cooperation with TEKNOS Group factories
  • Supervision and optimization of freight subcontractor services
  • Close cooperation with other departments (Accounting, Warehouse, Sales, Production) to ensure high level of services rendered
  • Seeking efficiency and optimisation potentials

Qualifications

  • Solid expertise in sales, customer support and logistics matters and tools with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • General business and management skills preferably gained in an industrial product setting
  • Well-developed communication, motivating and coaching skills, decision-making capabilities, analytical skills and critical, yet constructive thinking
  • Fluent in English
  • University degree in logistics or business
