Change communication specialist

Job location: Sweden, Finland, Germany or Denmark or near any of our European locations

As a Change Communications Specialist you will support the fast and profitable growth and the delivery of strategic initiatives and projects by setting-up needed change communication strategies and plans, ensuring information flows, channels and measurement methods to boost the project execution, fastening commitment and acceptance on change and building of unified organization culture. We are currently looking for a talented professional to join a fixed-term contract (until end of 2021).

 

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Driving positive organizational change through application of change management principles to global communication strategies, plans and messages
  • Developing, managing, and execution of change communication plans for the Group
  • Providing change communication and management consulting services across the countries and leadership functions
  • Providing expertise and coaching around change management and communication, assessing improvement and development needs by working closely with human resources, managers, and supervisors
  • Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of interventions and programs delivered
  • Planning, execution and delivery of communication through different channels and facilitating internal and external communication events
  • Producing information flows, that effectively describe and promote organizations culture and values, ensuring the communication is both influential and informative and promote open, proactive and professional communication culture

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in communications, including a strong change communication expertise is a must
  • Proven track record in internal and external organizational communication using a variety of message channels
  • Experience in project governance or management is a strong asset
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Communication, Journalism, or related field)
  • Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading skills in both English and Swedish or Finnish
  • Fast in delivering content and guidance
  • Good networking, collaboration and training skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Hands-on approach and open-minded personality as you will be operating in a global, rapidly changing environment
  • Preferably located in Sweden, Finland, Germany or Denmark or near any of our European locations
