Main goals of the job

Bookkeeping according to US GAAP, controlling and HR admin

Daily tasks and responsibilities

Bookkeeping according to US GAAP

Processing accounts receivable and payable as well as general analysis and reporting responsibilities

Ensuring controlling-tasks such as monitoring of the implemented ICS, supporting the management team in successful financial management and contributing to monthly telcos with the group finance

Insurance handling and advising to the management team

Taking care of HR admin responsibilities including payroll, personnel files, HR-tools, training and recruiting coordination

General administration and guest management

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similarly wide position

In good command of office tools such as excel, word and power point

Keen perception, good analytical skills and strong sense of responsibility

Excellent spoken and written English

Legally entitled to work in the US
